Order

Select a service from the services page or use the project builder to combine options. Pay via Stripe Checkout. Your strategy brief template arrives by email within 1 business day. No kickoff call required, though we answer questions by email at any point.

The brief is service-specific. It asks for the information we actually need for that service type, not a generic questionnaire.

Brief

Complete the strategy brief and email it to hello@brainydesigner.com. Delivery timeline starts from receipt. Brief completeness affects timeline: missing information pauses the clock.

For B2B technology and dashboard projects, we may follow up with specific questions about your sales process or data model.

Design & Build

We work to the agreed brief and scope. You receive review access at appropriate milestones: Figma designs for review, staging URL for coded projects. One or two revision rounds included depending on service.

Revisions within scope are included. Changes that require new discovery or change the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Delivery

Figma source files, coded site, or platform configuration delivered as specified. Documentation and developer handoff notes included. Post-launch technical support available at the published consulting rate.
